Still in its original location, Rita's has been serving locals and the surrounding rural area for over 80 years, deeply tied to Cajun tradition.

We've never changed our process. We aren't mass produced, and you won't find us in grocery stores. You might even miss us the first time you pass by on the highway—many have.
