Estimated delivery timeframe for UPS standard ground, WE ALSO have 2 day AIR, and 3 Day SELECT options available at checkout 

We ship packages on Mondays 

Placing an order does not guarantee that it will be shipped in the same week; holidays can effect this

Orders place before/on Friday, go out the  Monday after being recieved  we don't prepackage everything is shipped as batches are made.

All of our products are vacuum-sealed and frozen. They are placed in insulated wrap, with dry ice or gel packs, then packed in a foam lined corrugated box for additional insulation.

Items are shipped frozen. It’s possible that some items may partially thaw during transit. However, as long as they are not exposed to direct heat, and arrive in the scheduled window of delivery it is safe to Use or Refreeze due to the nature of the curing and smoking of the meat

We use UPS as our shipping carrier.

If you’re shipping to a residential address, please ensure that someone will be available to receive the package. UPS drivers are instructed to leave packages at the doorstep if no one is present.
